Propper's Foul Weather Parka II is made of 100% nylon with a Gore-Tex® membrane. Waterproof, windproof and breathable Gore-Tex® fabric makes this garment contamination-resistant to diesel fuel, jet fuel, DEET, petroleum, oils and lubricants. Features two external cargo pockets, two hand warmer pockets, a stowable hood, hidden map pocket, and elastic and Velcro wrist closures. Interior zipper is used to fasten the parka to the companion F5413 Polartec jacket.
